I was the lead digital strategist for Hartford HealthCare since 2014 to centralized and optimize their digital landscape. When the pandemic began we had the technical foundation to act fast.

The patient-facing website needed to easily point users in the right direction from any point of entry based on a few qualifiers:

The system intranet had a 2-week design sprint to connect the right audience with the right pandemic content with urgency:
